Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, no experience is necessary! We will take time to explain and teach every step of the way.

  • Our aircraft do not have air conditioning and are limited with heat in the cooler weather. Wear weather-appropriate and loose-fitting clothing for ultimate comfort. Sunglasses are recommended!

  • Discovery Flights last between 45 and 60 minutes depending on a number of factors. While this is only for the flight, your instructor will spend up to an hour and a half answering questions, taking photos, and showing you around the facilities.

  • You may request to bring along a passenger, however, the final decision is that of the instructor. Aircraft loading and weather are two main factors that vary depending on the day. Make prior arrangements with the instructor.

  • Safety is our number one priority and weather conditions play a big part in determining whether or not we can fly. Your instructor will reach out in the event the weather is undesirable and will reschedule you as your schedule allows.
