My aviation journey began in 1999, when I took my first airplane ride at just 15 years old. What started as a teenage interest quickly became a lifelong passion for flying.

I earned my Private Pilot Certificate while working at Huron County Memorial Airport, where I was able to experience firsthand the people, airplanes, and community that make general aviation so special. That experience laid the foundation for what would eventually become a career in aviation.

Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with and learn from a variety of aviation organizations and professionals. My experience has included more than 20 years around aviation and flying, as well as time with Endeavor Air, where I received training in the CRJ and gained valuable exposure to professional airline operations.

Over the years, I've come to appreciate that aviation is about much more than simply learning how to operate an airplane. It's about developing sound judgment, confidence, discipline, and the ability to make good decisions.

I've spent the past four years as a flight instructor, helping students with everything from their very first flight lesson to earning their pilot certificates and advancing their aviation careers.

Being an instructor has become one of the most rewarding parts of my aviation career. There's something special about watching someone who once said, "I don't think I could ever learn to fly," eventually take control of an airplane and realize they can do it.
